Linn Energy Announces Second Quarter 2007 Earnings Conference Call
HOUSTON, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Linn Energy, LLC (Nasdaq: LINE) announced today that management will host a teleconference call on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time to discuss the Company's second quarter 2007 results and its operating plans. Prepared remarks by Michael C. Linn, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Kolja Rockov, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Mark E. Ellis, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will be followed by a question and answer period.
Linn Energy expects to issue its earnings for the second quarter 2007 after the close of trading on Monday, August 13, 2007. Revised guidance for the third quarter 2007 and fiscal years 2007 and 2008 will be issued after the Company closes its previously announced acquisition of certain Mid-Continent oil and gas properties from Dominion Resources, Inc., which is expected to close as early as August 31, 2007 but no later than November 1, 2007.
